idea for a spray on wax for making moonrocks

so I got this idea for taking an amount of wax mixing it with food grade alcohol like ever clear and letting it mix to a like liquid wax spray your buds and let the alcohol evaporate do you guys think that would work? I been making alot of moon rocks bu melting a dab and smearing it on the inside of a silicone wax holder then melting the wax on the sides and putting my bud in there and roll it on the sides I also herd if using wax paper spread the wax then wrap the bud but I don’t have wax paper on hand at the moment I can get Everhart at my local liquor store.
