I started smoking regularly at the beginning of the year. It soon became an everyday thing. It just developed into a habit after work. I wanted to take a break and I am feeling the effects. It’s day 1 and I am having pretty bad cold sweats and I cannot sleep (which is abnormal). I read that these might be withdrawal effects.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any suggestions to mitigate the symptoms? Should I not do cold turkey?
