Weeds legal in California but of course there are laws about smoking in public. Does any cop enforce this? I like to get high and go on walks but I also want to go to the park and smoke. There are residential parks where I live and I live in a veeeeery conservative city and people seeing that would not like it at all and may even report me. I don’t want that happening, am I too paranoid? If a cop is called are they really gonna do anything?
