hi. i’ve googled this several times but can’t find a straight answer so i’m asking here. is it legal to buy weed in NJ with a PA license? i know that weed was legalized in NJ. and i know that smoking weed in PA is illegal and will still be illegal even if bought legally in new jersey but brought over state lines to smoke. however i’m wondering specifically about the act of buying in the state with a PA license. would it be legal to buy it there with a PA license? because if so, it would probably be pretty easy to just drive it across state lines without getting caught, so it would essentially mean marijuana is also legal for any areas closely bordering NJ like PA too. thanks.
