Weed making me too paranoid to eat?


So for context, I’m a 20 year old female who has just recently began smoking weed to help me with my anxiety and while it works wonders for my social anxiety, it seems to have this effect on me to where I’m too scared to eat certain things. I used to eat full meals at least 2-3 times a day and ever since I started smoking, I feel like my senses have been stronger and even the slightest thing can throw me off of my food. It can be anything from texture, color, taste, ingredients, anything really. I spend a lot of time watching medical documentaries and crime stuff, and i honestly used to be able to watch surgery videos back to back and eat right afterwards with no problem. But now, my safe foods seem to be bread, juices, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and like two kinds of veggies. I just tried eating a chicken sandwich after taking a hit of weed and I gagged and spit it out. I don’t want to lose too much weight, but i just don’t know how to fix this problem other than quitting. Has anyone else had problems with this? (Also I have had eating issues in the past and once got to a really low weight of 80 pounds at 17. I don’t know if that would have anything to do with this, but I wanted to add details.) thanks for any advice 🙂
