Coping with possible withdrawals

Hey everyone, this might have been asked before, but do you guys have any tips on dealing with possible side effects of cutting off the mj? I’m trying to wean myself off by just using some cannabutter in small amounts and finally quitting because I’ve smoked on and off for about 8-9 years, some times heavier than others. Over the summer I completely cut it off for about a month or so and it was glorious! However, right now I’m going through a very stressful time and wonder if it’s what’s making me feel extra nervous/anxious/depressed. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks! x
