Question about indoor growing

Let me know if there’s a forum specific to growing.

Just got my first LEDS after years of disappointing results outdoors, mainly because I have to dry the stuff in high temperatures and caterpillars.

So I wonder, how many autos per sq ft/sq m? What pot size? What could I use to cover the walls to improve reflection? How often do I water in 15-20° Celsius? Any other advice will be appreciated
